I am a full-time agent and love what I do!!!  I grew up in the Catawba County area and work the entire region of the Foothills. I love this area and know you will too.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Lenoir Rhyne University and have experience in accounting of course, but also management, marketing, human resources and the legal field. I also enjoy working with and volunteering in our wonderful community.

As a Residential Specialist, I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers in the Hickory and surrounding areas in North Carolina.

As a Seller's Agent,  I want to make sure my clients get the best possible service. This includes returning calls in a timely manner, determining the value of the property to sell, preparing market analysis statistics, providing tips to help with staging property so that it will appeal to more buyers and advertising the listing to other Realtors and potential buyers.  I also help with negotiating contracts with buyers and/or agents acting on their behalf and educating my sellers on the disclosure requirements and helping my sellers through the closing process.

I also love working as a Buyer's Agent. I commit to returning calls in a timely manner, providing my prospective clients with information that can help them identify areas to look for property, researching listings of property for sale, helping my buyers identify properties that meet their needs, negotiating purchase agreements with sellers and/or their agents and verifying that appropriate facts about the property are disclosed to my clients. I also help to educate my buyers and help with coordinating various aspects of the closing process.
